If you experience dizziness, discomfort, or pain during a session, stop immediately and notify a trainer or staff member. Proper EMS attire, including the EMS training suit, must be worn during sessions for optimal results.
Trainers
We strive to ensure your preferred trainer is available for your sessions. However, on some occasions, your trainer may not be available. Rest assured, all our trainers are certified EMS professionals, capable of providing high-quality training regardless of who is assigned.
Late Policy
Please ensure you arrive on time for your booked session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late and there is no available time slot, the session will be considered a late cancellation. We encourage you to reschedule your session in advance to avoid losing your slot.

1- Accepted Payment Methods
Future Fit EMS exclusively accepts payments made through verified methods, including major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved third-party payment processors. All payments are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Future Fit EMS reserves the right to decline transactions via certain payment methods or channels based on our security protocols and operational discretion.
2- Payment Due at Time of Purchase
To secure your booking and access our services, all fees associated with memberships, training sessions, packages, or any additional services must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No service will be rendered or reserved without complete upfront payment. This non-negotiable policy ensures smooth operations and guarantees client commitment to booked services.
3- Auto-renewal and Recurring Billing for Memberships
For clients on recurring membership plans, monthly billing will occur automatically on the anniversary date of the initial purchase. Clients are responsible for maintaining current, valid payment information on file. Failure to process recurring payments due to outdated or invalid details will result in an automatic suspension of membership benefits until payment is cleared. Future Fit EMS holds no responsibility for missed sessions or access due to lapses in payment.
4. Non-Refundable Policy for Payments
Payments made to Future Fit EMS are non-refundable except in cases that meet strict eligibility criteria outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds are discretionary and subject to final approval by Future Fit EMS management. Clients are strongly advised to review service details and consult with our staff if needed before confirming payment, as no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for unused or partially used services.
5- Late Payments, Penalties, and Account Suspension
Late or missed payments may incur penalties as specified in our Late Payment Policy. Future Fit EMS reserves the right to enforce late fees and suspend all access to services until outstanding balances, including penalties, are fully settled. If a balance remains unpaid for 15 days or more, Future Fit EMS reserves the right to terminate membership without further notice. Future Fit EMS is not liable for any losses or inconveniences resulting from suspension or termination due to non-payment.
6- Dispute Resolution and Payment Liability
Any disputes regarding billing or payment must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the transaction in question. After this period, all charges are deemed final, and Future Fit EMS is under no obligation to entertain further disputes. Submission of a dispute does not exempt the client from payment obligations; all outstanding amounts must be settled during the dispute resolution process. Future Fit EMS reserves the right to refuse disputed claims if they fall outside our dispute resolution policy or if insufficient evidence is provided.
7- Modifications to Payment Terms
Future Fit EMS reserves the unilateral right to amend or update these Payment Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is the responsibility of the client to regularly review these terms. By continuing to use our services after any modifications, you signify acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
