Frequently Asked Questions

Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training is a workout method that uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscles during exercise. In EMS, electrodes are attached to the body, sending low-frequency electrical signals to the muscles, causing them to contract more intensively than they would during traditional exercise During EMS training, electrodes are placed on your body, sending signals directly to your muscles, making them contract more effectively than during traditional workouts. This leads to a full-body workout in a fraction of the time, usually just 20 minutes. EMS is ideal for improving strength, and endurance, and toning your body while saving time. If you want to know more about EMS training and how it can help you reach your fitness goals, check out our About EMS page.

EMS works by sending electrical impulses directly to your muscles, EMS stimulates both superficial and deep muscle fibers, engaging up to 90% of muscles at once, which would be difficult to achieve in conventional training. These impulses cause your muscles to contract and relax, intensifying the workout. Because of the increased efficiency, EMS training sessions are shorter, often lasting about 20 minutes, but offer the same or better results compared to longer traditional workouts. At Future Fit, we use EMS training as the future of fitness. With the revolutionary German-made devices, EMS reproduces the body's natural process of voluntary muscular contraction with “optimal” electrical impulses. That's why EMS training is scientifically proven to be 18 times more effective than a standard gym workout in just 20 minutes. For a deeper understanding of EMS, visit our How EMS Works page.

EMS training activates more muscle fibers than traditional gym workouts, leading to faster and more efficient results in a shorter time. While gym workouts focus on specific muscle groups, EMS works your entire body simultaneously, allowing you to achieve a full-body workout in just 20 minutes. EMS is also gentler on joints, making it ideal for people with joint pain or injuries. Learn more about the differences between EMS and gym from our specialist
